Room Divider/ Door Options for Studio Apartment

Please ignore how bad it looks now, we’ve just moved in and our furniture is belong delivered later this week.

So my partner and I just moved into a studio apartment. It’s great, and quite big to be a studio especially in the DC metro area(725 sq ft). My only complaints so far are the carpet (I prefer hardwood, but those are hard to come by affordably), and the lack of door on the bedroom (hence why it’s a studio).

We’re going for a modern farmhouse type of look, and that’s reflected in the furniture we ordered. However, I do want to create some sort of divider between the room and living room (I don’t want people to see my bedroom when in the living room), and I’ve considered a sliding barn door option. I’m worried that there isn’t enough space between the wall and ceiling and the wall on either side of the bedroom to install a door. Does anyone have any alternatives in terms of keeping the bedroom private without looking tacky?

I included the 3D floor plan layout, as well as a picture of the area.
