My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Before and after of the second of 8 units completed.
We cleaned up the areas, ground and polished the floors leaving the homeowner with an easy to clean beautiful floor.

    Here's hoping it never gets wet! A slip and fall will get you a concussion RIGHT NOW. Plus please advertise "rubber dishes only". YIKES that would be nasty when things are dropped!!

    Polished concrete can be beautiful, but in an enclosed area like a home, noise will be amplified unless you have area rugs and other soft materials to absorb excess sound. It can be slippery when wet, so you need good entry- area rugs to wipe your shoes on.
