1) Do you mind sharing the spec of the gutter; material/color - bronze or black?, C-Shape size? source?
2) is the mitered corner lap siding the "Artisan" series of Hardie Board?
3) trim/soffit/fascia - Hardie Board products too?
4) posts and brackets; custom cedar painted or a product like Fypon or Azek?

I'm still oogling over this beautiful home and we decided to stick with our original and existing home plan we have designed. I'm the new construction home going up in WI, that contacted you previously regarding the exterior siding and roof. I would GREATLY appreciate these answers so I get my home spec correct. I know it's a lot to ask.
