I would look at a gray glss subway tile with matching grout I don’t like any of those choices you posted.To brighten it up get good LED lighting and under cabinet lighting

Not a pro but my personal preference is the "less busy" white brick -- the ones closest to the knobs of the overhead cabinet..

I would find a nice ceramic tile in a white that matches the cabinets.

Your cabinets are looking a bit peachy/warm in the photos and the white tiles you show seem to be more blue/cool. It doesn't look bad with a small sample, but the cool and warm whites will be very obvious when you do the whole backsplash, which is why I suggest you match the cabinets.

You could do an arabesque, but I would find a flat one, not as detailed as the ones you show.

Your counters look really nice? Is it stone or quartz?

The white wavy surface picket would look nice. Matching grout.

Stick to a solid, flat color. All of those are ones with the pattern are too busy with the countertop.

You have a beautiful kitchen! I agree with the comments about keeping it simple and not using a pattern that will clash with the pretty countertop. I also have white dove cabinets and a similar countertop, and I used a bevel matte subway tile that matches the cabinets.
