Help with master bathroom mirrors

What would look better: 1 large horizontal mirror (possible add quartz backsplash for middle vanity) or should I go with 3 vertical mirrors? Please help.

Do you wear makeup? If so I would do 2 regular mirrors and 1 makeup mirror. I just put a makeup mirror in my remodel and I honestly can’t believe I survived this long without it! I love it!

I agree somewhat with Jan Moyer but I think one large backlit mirror without a frame to keep with the sleek style of the cabinetry. Very pretty!

Thank you, it looks like I will go with one mirror instead of 3 like I have planned, I like your ideas.

    Something like this?

I’d do one large, frameless horizontal mirror. Beautiful vanity!

I like this backlit mirror but how is it done? Can I buy mirror with integrated light or is it done on the job site?

Job site! The size alone demands customizing, where framed or unframed.

Interesting light fixtures. Where do they hang in relation to where your head is?.....they look low to me. Can you show a photo with all of them lit up? Do you have recessed ceiling lights or a central fixture as well? I like light coming from two sources: some from the ceiling bouncing light from the mirror to the face and hair, and lighting from above me on the wall. I always have a countertop magnifying mirror for makeup application. And I always have a hand-held mirror for checking the back of my hair (because you are seen from all sides).

Those lights are in a horrible position, even if they are high enough to clear. One point of light above your face creates horrid, harsh shadows. Worst. Lights. Ever.

I do have recessed ceiling lights, no central fixture. The lights above the vanities are closer to the wall, they don’t bother me. Please see photo, they look very nice lit up.

The lights do look very nice lit up but I agree with Felizlady that they look low. The wall is lit only halfway up. Is that high enough to illuminate your entire face and that of the other potential person using the area? Can they be raised or is it a fixed length? The vanity looks lovely!

I didn’t think much about these lights.., but I might raise them up a little bit. Good point golfer32, thank you.

They do sort of look like they would be right in your face of the logical places where you’d stand. Raising them might be worth considering...

You have a very modern look. Wall-to-wall, no frame, single mirror. Seems the only way to go. Could be a bit above the backsplash.

There are Modern baths with two or three mirrors, but this is more minimalist, fits better with the color-blocking on your walls and the simple lines.

Agree with 1 mirror [cause there are numbers: 3 cabinet 'boxes' and toilet / tile. But - what does rest of bathroom look like - variety, of different surfaces?

Probably wouldn't look right if the mirrors didn't extend to top of the wall, where tile ends... but here's partly framed -

Can't yet see what the walls will be -- even nice mirror like this still leaves wall above it -- to be what painted - choppy possibly.
