Dormant cuttings are the easiest, in my experience. Only don’t bring them inside; stick them in the ground in a well drained, slightly shady spot. They’ll sit all winter and have roots come next spring/summer.

Thanks! Only problem is, the ground will possibly be frozen or about to freeze and we will have snow increasing to 2-3 feet later in the winter. I am guessing this will make a difference?
