Gjcore's guest made the caprese salad. It was so good. Really nothing better than homegrown tomatoes especially in caprese!

Speaking of which, I have been enjoying the ones I got during the swap. I ate one today. Ate it all by itself! It was one with a pinkish hue. Very delicious. Can't wait to try the other two!
