I used White Dove for the trim in my kitchen and love it. It is a favorite among designers. I White Cloud is popular, too. I don't think you can go wrong with either. To my eye White Cloud is whiter than White Dove.

When looking at this image, I'd say: Walls, trim and cabinets in White Dove.

Cloud White will be much brighter and since it has a slight yellow undertone which will compliment your granite. However, remember that the artificial lighting you will use has a huge effect on how we see color so it would be a good idea to get a couple of samples and paint a cabinet door or two to see how it will look in your space.

Be aware that there is a white cloud, and a cloud white. They're different.
