Hi there!! Remodeling bathroom in new house. Just removed original fixtures and painted agreeable gray. Wondering what bathroom fixtures will go well with modern / farmhouse; light vanity, toilet holder and towel rack. Would black or brushed nickel be appropriate? Door handles are brushed nickel throughout the house. Is there a certain interior design rule??

Eventually going to replace the counter top with a white granite and have black or white cabinets.

As far as hardware throughout the house, what color is more common and modern these days without being over bearing?

Thank you!

All tips appreciated
