The flooring in our kids bathroom is as old as the house, 27 years!! We had a slight toilet leak and other things and have come to the conclusion....we should replace the flooring.

I am a fan of vinyl sheet flooring in the kids bathroom due to splashing, etc. However, our kids are 29 and 35 but, we have grand kids that stay over often and bathe in the tub often so there are still lots of splashes!

It is decorated in a fish motif. I like it and it is still stylish, IMHO!!! Our house is a basic suburban house with no particular style, not too McMansionish!!

So, Houzzers, what do you think? Find a sheet vinyl or go with porcelain (which is hard and cold, IMHO)???
