Help! How to save snail!

Hello! I was walking in the park when I accidentally stepped on this snail. its shell completely cracked but the flesh seems intact. I felt so guilty I cried. Now I took it home and put it in a glass Tupperware. Does anyone know how I can help heal it?

Don’t think there is any saving it. My lizard would love to eat that big old snail! Don’t beat yourself up too bad. People kill them all the time on purpose! Maybe just squish him the rest of the day so it doesn’t suffer. Sorry that happened To you.

FYI.....the next time it's necessary to euthanize something, put it in the freezer for several hours. Then dispose of the remains as you wish.
