Air Conditioner Capacitor Replacement

I need to replace the start/run capacitor on my air conditioner. It's a 40/5 uF +/- 5%, 370V. I can find almost the exact specs, but it's a tolerance of +/- 6%.


1. Is the 1% difference a problem?

2. If I find a 40/5 uF, 370V capacitor online, aside from longevity and dimensions, is there any difference between capacitors?
