My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Do we know why loading photos on Houzz is so wonky?

Dear Houzz,

For years photos were uploaded instantly without problems. Now it takes forever, and sometimes I think the photo was downloaded and then it doesn't show up in the posting. Can your IT people fix this? A day doesn't go by without someone complaining that their photos don't appear in their posts.
