Window Treatment Help

Looking for ideas for our dining room windows. We don’t want anything too formal but need something to dress it up a bit. The windows are 80” wide. Any suggestions regarding style, fabric, and color are appreciated. Also, any tips are welcome too ( I like the idea of a scarf but don’t know how to measure for it). The blinds came with the house, so those are disposable if needed! Thank you!!!
