I am struggling with the selection of pool finish and tile. We are not replacing the surrounding concrete deck which is a tan color. My husband prefers a lighter pool finish to keep it cool (I prefer dark but have decided to compromise). We are replacing old fiberglass with a pebble product. matching colors of finish vs tile has proven difficult. Should finish, waterline tile and deck blend or contrast?
