Curtain Panel Length

Hey all!
I am wanting to hang two panels but the sizing is throwing me off. A 96” panel would go from 3” over window (which is 1/2 distance between top of window and bottom of half our window) and go down right to the top of window ledge. A 108” would be about 5” below floor/wall edge. Would a 96” look funny since it doesn’t hit the floor and it’s such a long window? Thanks for your help.
