So, I was looking at The Home Depot's website online, at their tomato selection, and I saw one called Endless Summer (by Burpee). I did a web search on it to learn more about it, and found various pages about a genetically engineered tomato from the 1990's or so called Endless Summer. Are these two tomatoes related at all? Their descriptions look very similar.

I wasn't aware of any genetically engineered tomatoes that were available to home gardeners; so, if they are related, that would be really good to know.

Burpee doesn't actually sell the tomato on its own website, FYI (but The Home Depot might in-store).
