Hello,

A couple years ago I painted my stair handrails with SW ProClassic latex. The paint is now gummy, I'm guessing from washing and/or skin oils. Are there any latex paints (or non-yellowing products) that would be better for this application and hold up to the constant touching & cleaning? I was thinking of trying the new Emerald urethane paint, but guessing I will still have the same issue. Maybe top coating in a poly? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
