My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Old is new again

my seedling from a batch of seed from a perpetual/ht has a bloom that starting to open. The foliage is more matte so I’m leaning towards it being a hybrid perpetual. the form is somewhat bull nosed and has a pink colour that starts out with red shading fading to deep pink almost like radiance.
