Which window does not have a radiator, and what is the sill height?

The window at the top of the photo / right of the door when you walk into the room does not have a radiator under it. Sill height is 30", with a little bit of trim about an inch or two below that.

I don't think that there is any solution that will give great symmetry but here is a suggestion.

Put the bed in the middle of the top wall. If the measurements of the room are not including the closets you will have a little over 3 feet on either side of the bed. Then place a night stand on the left side of the bed. If that wall not including the closet is only 9 feet then push the bed over to give you 15" on the left side and whatever is left on the right. Put a shelf of some kind on the left side as a night stand as obviously the radiator will block a night stand from opening.

From there I would put a dresser between the two windows across from the door and a desk in the bottom left corner.

I agree that if you don't want the bed centered on the long wall, it should go next to the window without a radiator. 30" is low, but you could probably find a low bed frame. That would split the room into two halves - leaving space for a desk on the other side.

From a design perspective though, the bed should probably go between the two windows on the long wall facing the door.

It seems like that room was designed for the bed to be between those windows.
