I would consider using a light color to provide a bit of “life” to your new bathroom space. You can also consider oil rubbed bronze or black finish hardware to help add a bit of contrast from the exuberant dull white palette. Ignore the room and just look at the wall color below. I would even add more white to this so the color is a bit more subtle. Best of luck!

Stacked tiles are my preference in a modern space but we need to see the pictures of the space before any one can really help. IMO bathrooms that are a simple white can be fun becuase there is not limit to the accessories in color towels in color art on the wall all those things will take your eye away from the plain tile .

The tiles look great to me. What you need is some color or contrast in the room. This would be colorful or black towels, and perhaps a bath mat.
