sky light question

short version: just had roof replaced this week, they installed the wrong color sky light for one of our five skylights. roofer is saying to swap out for the correct color won't compromise the quality of the roof or skylight. anyone have experience or knowledge that can speak to this? I'd rather have one white skylight and a sound roof, than have all matching skylights.

long version:

We have lived in our house 5 months. We knew we need a new roof when we bought the house and new it'd be out of pocket to pay for it. We didn't realize that when we did the new roof, it'd be best to replace the five skylights (that we're 20+ years old) at the same time. So after getting seven bids from roofers, we chose our guy. They roofed this week, the day after he asks how we like it and if there are any concerns as he's getting all the warranty information together for us and will send us the invoice. I quickly glance that night and notice one of the skylights looks white, while the other four looks black/brown. I ask hubby what he thinks, but at that point it's getting dark and it's hard to tell. This morning I go out and snap this pic. I sent an email to the roofer saying one appears to be white, he says his distributor doesn't even sell white, but he'll come out Monday to inspect. I sent him this pic in an email saying we havent been on the roof bc of all the rain, but this is what we see from the ground. He emails me back saying he contacted his distributor and sent them the photo and they have no idea, but they're sending him a replacement black/brown one. He also does own up to the fact that his guys should have noticed something was up and not have installed it and flagged it with him. He said he'll be out to install the new one when he gets it. I asked if there would be any issues installing a new skylight after the fact, and he said no. and while he is a professional, I thought I'd see if anyone here can verify.
