Thank you for contacting us! Unfortunately this photo is on the older side so the colors for this project are not noted. But you can actually take this photo to your local paint store and have these colors color matched! As far as paints go though, you can use any latex or acrylic based paints for the stencils! We prefer a flat finish because its super porous and dries quickly, but a sheen can be used if you wish. Just be a bit more carful with them as they are a bit thinner!
