definitely doable. if you can get the tub on the short wall it will give you more efficient layout... something like this... or are you looking to have totally seperate shower and tub?

this is a 110sf... really ur just depends on what your parameters are. what is fixed and what can you change? what are the dimensions that you have in your plan? the width will dictate a lot of your layout. also what are your needs? seperate tub/shower double vanity or his and hers? can you move the window placement? what about doors?

Depends on the length and width. Can you tell us measurements of what you've got shown, and also post a wider layout of the whole floor so we can see context?

It looks like your layout has already captured the 110'. Just put in a linen closet.

So this is the bathroom we currently have, followed by the zoomed out floor plan . What I really don’t like is the separate sink outside the bathroom, so that’s a primary impetus for the remodel.

If you count the outside sink area, current bathroom is 10’8” x 7’3”.

Yes, I would really like a stand alone tub.

If you have a small master bathroom add a nice makeup table in the bedroom maybe by the closet area? I think couples really do not use bathrooms at the same time unless grooming takes a while- then the makeup table elsewhere make a small room work.

@deb s, Yes I’ve learned that we don’t really need a double vanity with two sinks, for exactly the reason you mentioned. We have a couple other bathrooms and usually brush our teeth in one of those. But the bathroom is dated enough that it definitely needs a refresh and I’d really really like to make room for a tub of it will fit.

Recently finished a master bath renovation sized 8’x13.5’ (108 sf) with everything you mention, very comfortable.

Yours would be @ 7’-3” x 15’ long = 110sf?
