Type of wood, etc?

Hi, I would love to do a wood wall like this in our living room. Curious if you can tell me what type of wood this is, whether it was stained, or any other details you're willing to share ? It's lovely. Thank you.

Hello. This wall and cabinet were created with teak veneered plywood panels and a series of 1/4" reveals between each panel. A durable clear coat was applied to protect and enhance the teak. A custom cabinet builder would be able to work through something like this with you. Thank you for your comments.
