So beautiful. It always seems such a waste of potential the the buds don't make it!

Hi Steven! No snow yet here but my roses are pretty much done too.

Who is that beautiful ripe red hip on?! Are you going to pick it and start the seeds?

The hip is on Lafter. Several others have hips as well. I'm planning on collecting them, though yet as I might to do what is recommended for rose seeds, I've never had them geminate. I won't count Rosa setigera or R. eglanteria that I showed outdoors a couple years ago. Of course they made it! Haha!

Oh, and before I go, here is a Fragrant Cloud I cut a few days ago. I'm surprised it opened. It's much darker than the pictures can show thanks to saturation from the device's camera. It's also not as fragrant by a long shot over one opening on the plant!
