My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is the mantel custom made or is this something i can purchase pre made?

    Hello Jessica, This mantle was custom made and I don't recall much about the design other than the dimensions. The fireplace mantle dimensions are 61.5" off the floor 85" wide 10" deep and 23" deep on returns 10" tall. Knee braces are 11.5" x 5.5" . Sorry I can't provide much more information.
