from what I have read these variegated plants need humility and lots of it. That being said I have a verigated monsteria and about a week after I got it, the white parts of the leaves started browning. I moved it from indirect light , got a humidifier and placed it right near the plant in my bathroom and the leaves still kept browning! Even the new leaves would be perfectly fine than eventually start browning! I finally got so stressed at looking at the brown parts I cut off the leaves

I really don’t know what the solution is. Hope you find it!

Humility?

The white on the leaves is burning from too light. So either you have it in too much direct light or you're not keeping it moist enough or both.
