Where can I find the wood plant holder that is mounter on the wall?!

Mounted on the left wall is a wood plant holder I would love to know the name of so I can purchase!

Hello,

I saw the planter you are referring to in a model home I recently visited. It seemed relatively easy to make yourself. It was made with a few thick posts, with angled holes drilled into it to fit the fake succulents. Wish I could upload a photo to help more.
