I am repainting this room. the green carpet you see here is already out, as are the light fixtures. I will be putting laminate on the floor once I know the paint. i still don’t know what to do for lights but that is differrnt conversation. It will be a bedroom/suite.

it is pretty dark in there and I want it to be light.

the three colors on wall are all behr - string cheese, thickened cream, and painters canvas in that order. I also have 5 gal of SW Ibis White which is not on wall. They are in the yellow family but look pretty white during the day. ibis White has pink undertone I believe.

people tell me:

- paint everything A warm white, including ceiling, beam, doors and trim (cbdt). This is modern, light, and cohesive they say

- paint walls warm white, and cbdt a whiter white, or else it will look boxed-in and lack depth

- paint walls A light green to make it cozy, cbdt should be white

if You have a different idea beyond this I’d appreciate it too

advise much appreciated

thank you
