    LT The darker color is the before. Yes it was a gray. The lighter color is also a gray. The shutters are gone now. That was before pic

      Good job getting rid of the faux shutters, they looked like vestigial appendages. High contrast door looks great too.

      A big improvement! Amazing what getting rid of those vestigial shutters can do! Did you replace windows as well? I notice that the after has simpler uppers.
