Slate Floor has to stay

My sunrooms slate multi colored floor must stay. We recently remodeled our kitchen which directly looks into the sunroom . We painted the walls in the kitchen and adjoining areas BM grey owl and selected white dove cabinets, and solid grey quartz. Hardwood floors in maple remained. This room is small and the tiles are antique that I found when building this home 21 years ago, I can’t change that. I am stressing over the paint. I feel it should be the same as the kitchen area. Any opinions or suggestions appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Does the gray owl work? I mean, that tile has a zillion gray and tan options, so surely one of them would make a nice paint...?

The second photo is my tile fireplace ... trying to decide if grey owl would work ... no tan color ... that’s what we have.

The fireplace is in the same room as the slate? that's kind of burying the lede...

I think the space does not have to be the same color as the kitchen but as mentioned I can’t see the isse with gray owl it is probably in that slate somehwere I would probably do the walls in a color like the FP tile only lighter.

I think gray owl will work fine if you really want them the same color. Its hard to tell the layout and how close the rooms are together. A picture of the entire space would help a lot. If you are looking for another color, then I agree the color of the fireplace would look nice.
