My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Scrap String Windmill Finished

I just finished this, was still working out of the scrap bins, bins still full - what's up with that?? Anyway, I just backed it in fleece, no batting and I just did enough free-motion quilting to hold the two layers together. I was going to do a double-sided quilt but I changed my mind so there's another scrap quilt top waiting to get finished, I am going to back it in flannel, no batting.
