My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you tell me what mineral the logs in the grate are made of? The whole apartment is timeless and stunning Art Deco.

    Thank you for the nice comments. The logs are selenite. I first saw them in a show house and filed it in the back of my mind till I could use the idea. I purchased them for the client in Dallas at an upscale retail /design store but they can be purchased on line. Jan Showers uses the same mineral for interesting lamps.
