I'd add binoculars, some pebbles, & flagstone to indicate a path and a plant or two.

How about an artist easle. Even if you don't paint.

Maybe a patio feel. Use lattice panels half way in the wider section at slightly below the ceiling. At the point, a water feature and a few sun loving plants. At the wider section, a couple of outdoor glider chairs. Small table or garden stool for a table.

You could also use river rock linoleum on the floor or tile.

HI -- Boy ! This is where the architect only thought about what the building looked like on the out side and didn't give a speck of thought about the in side . I would do the desk or one great chair and ottoman or lounge and a small little side table and a BIG glass of wine on the table . Then I would sit there and drink the wine while plotting my revenge on the architect !!!!
