Hi All!
My flamingo flower seems to be ailing :(
It seems like it has some kind of infection… The stems start getting brown from the soil up and then eventually the leaf/flower succumbs. When it does, it’s filled with some kind of puss and is super delicate/falls apart.
In the winter months, I've been watering it approximately every two weeks; only when it looks and feels dry/light. (I've only had it since end of October so we have been on "winter watering" schedule the entire time I've had it...)
It’s not next to any heaters and it gets moderate light. I've kept it away from heaters because I know it likes moisture... It's pretty cold and dark where I am -- could it be that it's too cold?
I occasionally mist it for moisture.
Please help before it's too late! :(
