why does included faucet have non standard 3/4 supply?

I purchased this sink that ships with the faucet. Faucet requires 3/4 inch supply, nonstandard in US. Not enough room in the back to attach adapters (changing to 1/2 inch diameter supply, standard in US). What is solution?
