Appliance Combination - Vote

Trying to work out appliance combinations. DH thinks 48" is too big foe anything but have been stovetop space deprived for 15 years with a 36" FP cooktop (useless oblong middle burner) that I have a profound need to spread out. That being said I guess I can easily replace a 48" range or rangetop with its 36" counterpart. The refrigerator will be 48" SZ side by side. My asks are 2 full size ovens, all burners on the range, and a true steam oven. Advantage of Rangetop is pot drawers right below burners. BS oven are bigger and burners are more powerful. Can't figure out in by this point Wolf has resolved the blue enamel chipping issue.

48" Wolf All Gas Range, 30" Wolf CSO over 30" Wolf Electric Wall Oven
48" BlueStar RNB Range, 24" Miele CSO with trim kit over 30" BS electric wall oven
48" BlueStar Platinum Rangetop, 30" BS Double Electric Wall oven, 24" Miele CSO in island
