My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Hi there! It's a smaller space. If I remember correctly, it's 15ftx12ft. I'll have to check my notes. That rug is 8x10ft if that helps.

      Well you may be able to add a few chairs into that size of a space. If you get a sectional, you can put an extra chair on the end without the chaise. If you just get a regular sofa, you could probably get two chairs on each side of it. Hope this helps!
