The color of your current cabinets is very nice. However, I don't think it goes well with the rest of the trim in your house. You might consider painting your doors, crown molding, etc., white. Also paint the small cabinet to the right of your kitchen.

I would leave your kitchen as it is and use the money saved to buy a counter-depth refrigerator. Your current fridge is a little bulky.

Get a couple statement pendants, thenew champagne gold hardware, a new fridge and patterned floor runner or mats, and you will have a new space without a huge painting project.

Hi, I should have been clearer, none of these pictures are of my current kitchen (the photos I’ve posted, I found online to use as inspiration photos. The posted photos are examples of cabinets I like).

My current kitchen was a complete gut job and there’s absolutely nothing in it currently- I have a blank slate.

Omega cabinets makes cerused oak finishes. And other cabinet lines at that level. It’s labor intensive and costly.

Cerused doesn’t fit anyone’s budget unless it’s a 150K kitchen.

I do not see your kitchen is that the first pic IMO in a mid/ mod house the lowers should be walnut with white uppers

I am very close to pulling the trigger on virtually these exact cabinets for our kitchen remodel. I am looking at cherry wood shaker style cabinets stained with a cappuccino color. I think they’re beautiful and different from a traditional all white kitchen. Medallion or Yorktowne cabinetry carry these.

Hi, my current kitchen is not pictured. My kitchen is currently an empty space of walls (that will be painted) and floors that will be replaced.

All of the photos I’ve posted are inspiration photos.

I‘be now learned that the “look” of cabinets I’ve posted, is mostly cerused oak.

This has now (happily) led me down the whitewashing and limewashing cabinetry rabbit hole of research.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out by identifying the cabinetry finish.

The cabinets in our old house were like your first picture. They were custom cabinets with a pickled finish.

@bswautlet do you have picture of the cherrywood cabinets with the cappuccino stain? I’d love to see it, it sounds so unique!
