Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I don't have to cook today. We are going to DD's but I am making the pumpkin pie!

Thank you, Theresa. It has been a long day. DD and her husband picked us up at 10am and we returned about 6:30pm with over 4 hours on the road. Family (about 30) and good food. I feel blessed that I could be there.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and I'm sorry I have been so out of the loop lately. I've been so busy with work and preparing for thanksgiving, it literally flew by way to fast. I had 4 of my 5 sisters here for thanksgiving and I feel very blessed to have shared this special time with them. I am truly thankful this year for my sisters and my family!

I have a friend who is the oldest of six kids; she has five brothers. She said after the fifth baby boy her parents finally decided to stop trying for another girl!

I am the youngest of 6 girls. I guess my parents gave up trying for a boy after me. The eldest is my quilting buddy. The other 4 don't sew at all, but they enjoy the quilts we have made!
