3 Years and 3 months old :) People shouldn't listen to anyone trying to tell them china cabinets aren't in style. They have been in style for decades if not more than 100 years. It seems not until the creation of decorator forums online have people become bored with things quicker. I think the only reason some people these days when starting out may not have the extra room, or money for a 2nd set of dishes.

I got my gorgeous granite countertops and artisan style single bowl undermount stainless steel sink installed on May 31st. Wow, I am sooooo happy with my single bowl sink choice. Timing could have been better, since the installation date was the day before we were to leave for a trip to PA to help our son and his family move here. We had to delay our departure time a few hours in order to have the plumber finish the sink, disposal, drain and faucet. The sink needed 24 hours to set up. I don't yet have a picture with my Moen Motionsense faucet, but it is amazing, too. My sink ink is huge. I can wash refrigerator shelves & drawers, cookie sheets, large pots, all without getting water all over the kitchen. I absolutely love it. And I've eliminated dishes drying in the sink!

Krismays, while I'd love to repeat I am actually looking to open up the house a bit more considering this is a Formal dining room and privacy isn't really we are concerned as in fact I'd love for people. What I didn't mention was on the outside we will be eventually wrapping the front porch around so a bigger window will look better from the exterior with that porch.
