Cute room with a lot of potential

I can't say exactly, since I do not know the dimensions of the room, but here are my recommendations

-rug needs to cover most of the open floor space. I would say, just extrapolating, you might need even large like 8x 10

-it is going to be difficult to make that bed. Can you show more photos of all of the walls? There may be a better way to set up your room.

-horse art can be used, but right now is in a really awkward space.

Thanks, Katie. Here is how I'd set up the room. I would buy an 8 x 10 rug and add drape panels to the window.

Take existing rug and move as shown

All you need to do is move the rug out I like the horse where it is it is kid height

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a lot of wall decor I haven’t put up yet, which is why the walls look so bare.

That's a good thing, Katie. It is important to get the furniture arrangement right before adding art. I am not liking the large dresser when you first enter the room.

See if you like the new arrangement and then go from there.

I like the current rug size, 5x7 but would pull it out so only 1/3 of it is beneath the bed. Cute bed frame!
