90 degree door hinges???

Our backdoor opens out towards our electrical panel which is mounted next to it. We installed solar and our power company inspector is now telling us that a door can't open into that area. I have a choice of ripping out my backdoor and flipping its swing (it can't open in because of cabinetry and laundry machines) or finding a PERMANENT way to prevent it from swinging past 90 degrees. Removable hinge pin door stops are not acceptable nor is anything that can be removed easily (chains, etc.). Does anyone know of door hinges that only opens 90 degrees? Then I can save thousands of $$ of work. Thanks!!!

Sorry how are you blocking the panel with a door that opens and closes these panels have art hung on them all the time inside you can still access the panel instantly.

Change the swing of the door I guess I would really need to see pics since I have no ide why the door can’t swing the way it is now so I need a bit more info.

Electrical code is why it can’t impede the electrical panel. A fairly ancient requirement in the code at that. It’s not like that’s a new requirement at all. The panel should have been moved or the door planned to be switched as part of the project. It still has to happen. Make it so.

for some reason the for is not allowed to swing into that area JUST IN CASE someone is working there. Which has never happened.

I saw something like this online that I could mount one the wall, but it is only sold in the UK. Has anyone seems something like this sold in the US?
