Need help deciding if this looks OK?

I bought the round mirrors to go on both sides of my bed. I feel like they are slightly large.

no
yes

The size is fine. Anything smaller would be lost next to the heavy end table and tall headboard. You may wish to use a lamp on the end table in front of them, in which case you might want to hang the mirror a few inches higher.

Not too big at all. Smaller wouldn't make enough of a statement and would seem like an after thought.

I think the size id fine but you needed to get lamps first then hang the mirrors since right now those arereflecting nothing worth seeing twice so once the lamps are in then hang the mirror to reflect the lamp. With that headboard you need substancial lamps and a bit taller than normal.

Better pic. Lamp or No Lamp? A lot of day light.

Size is perfect. I didn’t vote because i wasn’t sure if we were voting on “size is ok” or “slightly large.”

Yes to lamps and hang the mirrors higher

Definitely like the mirrors hung higher and centered on the cabinet below...

    Not a Pro.

No to mirrors, I agree with @User, something looks off.

I would either get rectangular mirrors or rectangular art.

    Not a Pro.

You mentioned that this room gets a lot of light. Mirrors reflect light.

You may want to consider art and lamps for nighttime reading or ambiance

Agree that its the wrong type/size of mirror for that spot. It seems like it would be reflecting ones navel or the lower half of ones body if standing in front of it which looks weird. So... it’s too low, but if raised up would actually look too high. I would go for more of a rectangular shape like Idaclaire posted.

Yes to tall, thin, bedside lamps. Then you can decide whether you like the mirrors behind them.

The mirror is too small and the headboard and nightstand look too heavy; it seems very crowded.

You need bedside lamps. The room may get light during the day, but most people look better under a softer lamp light.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><md>Thanks for the everyone’s advice. I am going with lamps and after that Idaclaires mirror suggestions.
I have narrowed it down to these lamps. Hopefully they are acceptable

Would shorten the string and hang it a bit higher so the top of the string is the height of the top of the headboard. You could choose a tall thin lamp with white shade.

ugh i voted yes, but didn't read the question right. They are Not too large. THey look good. The range includes this mirror but could even be a bigger mirror IMO. Nice idea. I like the look.

I don't think the reflecting mirror adds anything to the space. If you want some light refection I would fill in the glass with a choice like antiquing or crackle treatment instead of plain mirror. Lamps on bedside tables are a given.

Do you need lamps? I would think that you do instead of a mirror.

Mirrors are too small. Get taller rectangular.

I would install a tall rectangular shaped mirror versus the round smaller mirrors. Remember you want your room to be as functional in addition to beautiful.

Phyllis, photos aren't posting. Could you retry?

They are fine just a little bit too low, perhaps.
