You may have an incompatible dimmer switch or when one lamp is out there might not be sufficient wattage on the circuit for the dimmer to function.

Thanks guys. I‘m going to have all of the bulbs changed without anyone crawling on my counter and I wanted to be prepared. It sounds like I need to have a new dimmer switch installed or get rid of the dimmer switch altogether. But at least its not likely that my wiring is screwed up....

Not all LED bulbs are compatible with dimmers; replace only with dimmer compatible bulbs if you intend to use a dimmer; additionally the dimmer should also support LED bulb dimming, most but not all do.

If all the bulbs were installed at the same time, then they will likely burn out in a relatively short time span of each other. LEDs change color and can start to flicker as they near the end of their life.

Most LED lamps are dimmable but not with all dimmer switches. It can get complicated.

Most not all. Look specifically for dimmable led bulbs. Have over three hundred led lights and different led bulbs in our home and 80% are in wifi dimmers except wife‘s office which has a manual dimmer.
