Not sure which part of the country you're located in HU-678034057, however in our end of the world, if a painter or contractor told me they'd spray the hinges on any kitchen cabinetry, I would laugh, with the natural assumption they were joking.... Good luck ! :)

How awful that would look! The best way to get paint off hardware is to boil them and scrape it off. All of the door hardware in my circa1900 house has painted hardware.

Bubba is gonna ruin your cabinets. Don’t hire a Bubba. Don’t use house paint. Don’t leave the doors on. Don’t not prep for days. Don’t hire cheap.

Really this be a joke the only time I have ever seen hinges painted is when a home owner was just plain lazy.

What a clown. It really doesn't take that much time to remove hinges. This is the same guy who wouldn't even bother to remove the plates on your light switches and outlets. Grrrrrrrrrr......
