It should be relatively disease resistant where you are, except for perhaps early spring and late fall, when you may see slight fungal issues due to weather. Otherwise, because it is generally hot and dry there in Victorville, your largest issues are likely to be keeping them sufficiently well watered and the flowers not lasting as long as you would like because of the extreme heat, sun and wind. How large? Most likely in the three to four foot range, unless you don't prune. Pruned lightly to not at all, you may expect it to grow five to six feet but not quite as wide as it will be tall. Don't expect it to give you problems (other than fried flowers when it's hot and windy) as it is considered a healthy type for a Hybrid Tea. In its heyday, it was considered one of the better white roses.

I also have Pascali for about 3 years, it's 3-4 ft tall now, a quite disease free rose here in zone 6a-6b, easily can reach 5-6 ft in a few years in a nice sunny spot :)
