There is a small pull down attic hatch inside the garage for access to a loft area beneath the main gable roof which has a 14:12 pitch. The footprint under the main gable is 18ft. wide by 22ft. deep. For reference, the top of the narrow window shown above the garage door is 6'-5" above the plywood subfloor in the loft. I hope that answers your question!

Can you tell me about the shingles? Is it natural wood? a composite material? Also, what is the specific color used?

Yes, the shingles are wood. They are FSC certified White Cedar by Maibec Industries pre-finished with Cabot’s Semi-Solid stain color ‘Burnt Hickory.’
