Navy Master Bathroom

last modified: 6 years ago

Our master bathroom is gutted. It is very large with cathedral ceilings, 2 windows and 1 skylight. Our home is an 80s contemporary with cedar siding.I have made this idea board and was wondering what you all thought of this design plan.I'm thinking of painting the walls Dark Navy blue, using a dark tiled wood look floor, white cabinets, white countertops, white arrabesque tile in the large 48x78 shower and gold accents. The floor of the shower is a custom white pan with a linear drain. Glass door.Does this all look good together? These aren't exact products I'm using but rather examples of what I will be trying to use.Is the gold too much? Should I do silver instead? Is it too bold of a choice for color? Do you like the wood tile or should I be choosing something else. The only thing I won't do is a white floor, I havnt had luck with white tile floor in the past because of all the people with dark hair in my house. Thanks in advance for any and all comments/suggestions!!
